Sports and Recreation

The Paralyzed Veterans of America Florida Chapter offers exciting sports and recreation opportunities to veterans and individuals with disabilities, empowering them to stay active and engaged. We provide comprehensive support, including training, specialized equipment, and assistance with travel to clinics, competitions, and seminars related to wheelchair sports. Through these activities, participants build strength, confidence, and camaraderie, all while enhancing their physical and emotional well-being.

One of the highlights of our sports programs is our annual participation in the National Veterans Wheelchair Games, the largest event for wheelchair athletes. Our chapter proudly sponsors its team, supporting veterans in their athletic journey. Additionally, we are a key sponsor of TSC Sports, a program dedicated to helping children and young adults with disabilities engage in sports, creating opportunities for all to discover their potential and achieve new personal milestones.
