Hospital Programs for Veterans
The Paralyzed Veterans of America Florida Chapter collaborates with the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) to ensure quality care for hospitalized veterans. Our volunteers organize monthly luncheons, shopping trips, and recreational events, creating a supportive environment. We also provide peer counseling, canteen books, and personalized assistance to SCI/D veterans in the VAMC nursing home, ensuring they receive the care, attention, and community they deserve.
